what were some of your inspirations? how did you envision the wedding prior to your special day?
Magical, timeless and Enchanting. I was inspired by the softer color schemes such as pale pink flowers, white flowers and greenery. I love the soft gold colors as well. I saw tons of pictures I had saved on my phone since 2010 at the Plaza Hotel or at the Drake Hotel during spring time weddings. I always had a vision of what I sort of wanted since around 2010.
is there anything you wish you had done differently when planning your wedding?
No. It was honesty perfect in my eyes
which three vendors were most important to you when planning your wedding?
Florist, wedding dress and linens.
what was your biggest wedding day savings?
Venue.
what was your biggest wedding day splurge?
Flowers.
what was the best advice you received when planning your wedding?
Get a wedding planner!
was there anything encountered during wedding planning that was unexpected?
No.
was there a moment during your wedding day that surprised you?
Yes!! It was more spectacular than I could have ever imagined!
what was your favorite moment, or favorite part, of your wedding day?
My favorite moment was when my dad and I walked down the aisle together. Favorite part of my wedding was walking into the ballroom and seeing all the flowers, linens, lightening and people with my husband for the first time.
when you look back on your wedding day in 50 years, what do you think you’ll remember most?
How happy everyone was and all the compliments I got on now amazingly beautiful everything was.
