….a little insight from heather….

what was your favorite moment, or favorite part, of your wedding day?

My favorite part of our wedding day would be our first dance(s)… Michael and I shared a beautiful dance, he and his mother danced, and I had a wonderful dance with my godfather, while a slide show of pictures of my dad and I played in the background.

which three vendors were most important to you when planning your wedding?

1. My Event Design, Jenn and Amber put together a beautiful wedding, they were able to take what I had envisioned in my head turn it into something even more beautiful than I imagined.
2. Marissa Moss Photography, Marissa was the best photographer for my wedding and wedding party. We had some little ones and she worked extremely well with them. Also my groom is not one to take a million pictures and Marissa kept us moving and got all the shots I wanted!
3. Publix, we had Publix make our wedding cake, it was beautiful and tasted delicious!

what was your biggest wedding day splurge?

The biggest splurge was the decor, specifically the draping, and the couches we had to rent. But they looked amazing!

did you take a honeymoon right after the wedding? …tell me about it…

We left ten days after our wedding and it was the best decision ever. We had time to pack and unwind and left without feeling stressed about anything.
We flew to San Francisco and spent two days in the city, then we took an Alaskan cruise. Very relaxing.
